		<description>Generally, airlines offer the lowest fares for mid-week travel (Tuesday to Thursday) because those are the least busy days. Monday mornings and Friday afternoons are the busiest times. However, not all routes are the same and seasonal variations occur.

Try to use airline and travel sites that allow you to search +/- one or more days to check for the best fares.
